Unity bugged out for Ubuntu 12.04

Hi -

I am currently evaluating Fusion 5.0 Pro, and the first thing I noticed is that Unity is pretty bugged out on my MPB retina.

Note that this is in unity mode.  The visible Linux desktop is not interactive at all (it should not be visible at all).  Also note the border around the terminal window.
