i have a big Problem:
I can Only Backup 2 Servers in my Farm if i enable the 2GB Sparse switch, because otherwise it wont backup my second HDD in the VM wich is greater than 140GB / THIS PROBLEM can only be resolved by enabling the 2gb switch BUT if i add the VM in the Vsphere client for Test Restore purpose it cannot start the machine - BIG PROBLEM
i can add the VM to the Vsphere and it shows BOTH hdds of the vm in its used sizes, no splittet files or something.
If i boot the vm (i disable LAN only) is goes to 95% hangs then:

Beim ESX-Host ist ein unerwarteter Fehler beim Einschalten der virtuellen Maschine vm-3067 aufgetreten.
The only Thing is: The Backups lie on a NFS Share on a windows Host, normally very fast! (but maybe too slow to start the VM up, Timeout?!)
