VSphere Version4 - Export a Vm to network

Hello to all.

I have  VSphere Version4 and i want to export a Virtual Machine to a network path.

Can you send me a guide or tell me the steps for do that please?

I am a newbie to Vsphere, so i want to tell me the steps from the beggining (What is good to know before export, how can i export a VM, how can i browse to the target path, etc..).
