I am currently running two ESXi 5.1 hosts and doing replication of two Vms between them for on-site disaster recovery. I am replicating continusiously on the database VM from one host to the other over the network. I have found that this does slow the network down a bit and would like to send the network traffic over a seperate NIC from one host to the other. Is that possible. They are located in the same server rack. If that is not possible I would like to set up load balancing utilizing the two nics on each host. Can anyone advise on this.
