At MyVMware I can see our own company's license keys and also my costomer license keys. How ever I can't figure out how can I "add" or "upgrade" or "renew" or what ever I should do to purchaced license in order to find vSphere 5.1 license keys to my customer. I can se only 4.1 license keys there.
Additionally in MyVMware the customer's super user has wrong emaild address - no such email-domain at all.
The ordered (new) licenses are:

What can I do? The customer's VMware Host is complaining that I should provide license key.
